Roobar was a concept for a delicatessen to be located in the heart of Sydney's tourist hub, Circular Quay. The concept was to showcase Australian produce from small businesses and farming communities locally and interstate. The retail store complimented the surrounding historical setting in which it was located by using recycled materials for display areas and work stations.
